Delete your account
Last updated September 2026
This page is for PostSpar, the boxing app published by DIAPP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 13930414. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, and you do not need to ask us first.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open PostSpar and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the menu at the top right.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
- Confirm. The account and its data are removed straight away.
Or ask us to do it
If you have lost access to the app or cannot sign in, email contact@diapp.tech from the address or with the phone number on the account, and ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days.
Delete some of it, and keep the account
You do not have to delete the whole account to get rid of something. Inside the app you can delete individual sparring videos and clips, posts and comments, chat messages and the media in them, bouts on your record, training sessions, and saved Clip Studies. Each one is removed for good.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Your profile: display name, username, photo, bout record, and physical details such as weight, height, reach and stance.
- Your sparring video, the clips cut from it, thumbnails, and any coach notes and ratings on them.
- Chat messages and voice messages you sent, and anything you posted to the feed.
- Heart-rate readings and training sessions.
- Your device push token and the settings tied to your account.
What we keep, and for how long
- Backups: copies in our backups age out within 30 days of deletion.
- Moderation reports: reports made about content are kept for up to 12 months, so repeat behaviour can be recognised.
- Payment records: where money changed hands, the record of what was ordered and what it cost is kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Card details are held by Stripe and never reach us.
- Content you sent to other people stays where you sent it if they still hold it, in the same way a message you already sent cannot be pulled back out of someone else's inbox.
