Terms
Terms of Use
Last updated September 2026
This is the agreement covering PostSpar, between you and DIAPP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 13930414. It is also the end user licence agreement for the app. Using the app means accepting it.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16, or older if your country requires it. If you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission. One person, one account, and the details on it have to be true.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Tell us at contact@diapp.tech if someone else gets into it. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.
What we give you
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use PostSpar on devices you own, for your own training. You may not resell it, rent it, copy it, take it apart, or work backwards from it to build something else, except where the law says you may regardless.
Your footage stays yours
You keep every right in the video, clips, messages and posts you put into PostSpar. To run the service we need permission to store it, process it, and show it to the people you send it to, so you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to do those things, and to use the content to operate and improve PostSpar, which includes training and testing the models behind our own features. We do not sell your content and we do not license it to anyone else to train theirs. The licence ends when you delete the content, other than copies already made by people you shared with, backups that age out, and anything a model has already learned from, which cannot be taken back out of it. The privacy policy sets out how this works and how to ask us to leave your content out of it.
Anything you post publicly to the feed can be seen and reshared inside the app by others. Post accordingly.
Filming other people
Sparring footage almost always contains someone else. Before you record and upload, make sure the other boxer and your gym are content with it, and follow whatever rules your gym has. Do not upload footage of anyone who has told you not to, and never upload footage of a child who is not yours to film. This is your responsibility, not ours, and it is the one rule most likely to get an account closed.
What is not allowed
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not upload or send anything that:
- Shows real violence outside a consensual training or competition setting, or glorifies it.
- Is sexual, hateful, harassing, or targets anyone for who they are.
- Shows someone who has not agreed to be filmed, or any minor without their guardian's consent.
- Belongs to someone else, including broadcast fight footage and music you have no right to.
- Impersonates another person, coach or gym.
- Is spam, a scam, or an attempt to move people off the app to be sold something.
- Breaks the law where you are.
Do not attack the service either: no scraping, no automating accounts, no probing for weaknesses, no working around the limits in the app.
Reporting, blocking, and what we do about it
Every clip, post, comment and profile can be reported from inside the app, and any user can be blocked, which cuts contact in both directions. We review reports and act within 24 hours, removing content and ending the accounts of people who post it. Content with enough reports against it is hidden automatically while we look. If your content or account is removed and you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice and we will look again.
We can remove content or close an account for breaking these terms, and we can do it without warning where someone is at risk.
What it costs
The app is free to download, and the free plan covers recording, clipping, reviewing with your coach and the training they assign. You do not need to give us a card to use it.
Coaches set their own prices. Some offer paid reviews and some do not, and buying one is a purchase from that coach, described below.
We may introduce premium plans that unlock more than the free plan does, and we may change what each plan includes. If we do, we will tell you inside the app before the change takes effect, and you will never be charged for anything without agreeing to it first. Nothing here obliges us to keep any particular feature free, and nothing here lets us take money from you without your agreement.
Coaches, students and payment
PostSpar connects boxers and coaches. It does not employ coaches, does not vet their qualifications, and is not a party to what they agree with a student. Coaching advice comes from the coach.
Where a coach sells reviews, Stripe processes the payment and the payout, on Stripe's own terms. We take a commission from each sale, shown before anyone commits. Coaches are responsible for their own tax. If a review is not delivered, contact us and we will look at the order.
Training carries risk
PostSpar is a tool for reviewing footage and organising training. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice. Heart-rate readings come from consumer straps and can be wrong. Targets a coach sets are a suggestion, not a clinical prescription. Boxing and hard training can injure you. Decide what you are fit for with a doctor, not with an app, and stop if something feels wrong. You train at your own risk.
The app as it is
PostSpar is provided as it stands. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that clip detection will find every exchange, or that nothing will ever be lost. Keep your own copy of footage that matters to you. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties and are not liable for indirect loss, lost data or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are untouched.
Ending it
You can stop using PostSpar and delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice so you can retrieve your footage.
Changes
These terms can change. If a change matters we will say so in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use PostSpar after that means accepting it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
